Listing Phase: Multimedia

The Multimedia step of the Listing phase is where the listing's media production is coordinated and its assets are tracked (photography, virtual tours, video, and 3D tours), so every marketing asset for the property lives on the deal.

The Collect tab's Fields panel tracks the shoot itself: the photographer and their phone, the photo date, the photo delivery date, the MLS photo upload date, the photo count, and details like whether drone work is included. This turns "waiting on the photographer" from a memory into a dated record.

The Items panel holds the assets as links. Click + Add link for each asset, paste the link, and set its type (Primary Photo, Virtual Tour, Video, Matterport, or your own label). The result is the deal's media inventory in one place.

Use the step's Verify tab to confirm the entries (that links are live and correct and the shoot details are accurate), then set the step to Complete.

• Media is managed in the Multimedia step rather than the deal's Documents view. Documents is for files (contracts, disclosures, reports); Multimedia is for the listing's marketing assets.
