Understanding the Listing Detail Header

The Listing Detail Header is the top section of every listing (and buyer opportunity) profile in ListedPro. It gives you an at-a-glance summary of the most important information about a transaction — property details, team assignments, current status, upcoming deadlines, and tags — all in one place. Any time you open a listing from your dashboard, this header is the first thing you see.

Header Layout Overview

The header is divided into two main areas:

  • Left side — Property identity: thumbnail photo, price, client name, address, and listing name
  • Right side — Transaction management fields: Lead Agent, Priority, Listing Status, Latest Headline, Next Critical Date, and Tags

Below the property details on the left, you'll also find two action links: Import Items and Archive Listing.

Left Side: Property Details

Thumbnail Photo A property photo appears in the upper-left corner of the header. This image is pulled from the listing's property data.

Price Displays the listing price (e.g., $545,000) directly below the thumbnail.

Client Name The name of the seller or buyer client associated with this listing. Displayed in bold.

Address The full property address, including city, state, and zip code.

Listing Name (Editable) The listing name appears as a large heading at the very top of the header card (e.g., "Duckpond 3-3"). You can click directly on this name to edit it at any time. This is useful for giving listings a memorable internal shorthand.

💡 Tip: The pencil icon next to the address lets you edit the address inline without navigating to a separate settings page.

Right Side: Transaction Fields

[IMAGE: ezgifframe074.png — Right side of header showing Lead Agent, Priority, Listing Status, Latest Headline, Next Critical Date, and Tags]

Lead Agent A dropdown that assigns the primary agent responsible for this listing. Selecting an agent here determines who is listed as the point of contact for the transaction.

Priority A dropdown that sets the urgency level of the listing (e.g., High, Medium, Low). In the example shown, Priority is set to High with an amber indicator.

Listing Status Reflects where the transaction currently stands in the lifecycle (e.g., Active, Under Contract, Closed). The status shows a color-coded dot — green for active states, and so on. Click the dropdown to update the status as the transaction progresses.

Latest Headline A free-text field where you or Lisa (the AI assistant) can post a short summary or note about the listing's current situation (e.g., "Active listing! Should sell fast – price + location are great!"). This is visible at a glance to your whole team.

Next Critical Date Displays the next upcoming deadline or critical date tied to this listing. If no dates are set, it will show "No upcoming Critical Dates." This field pulls from the Events tab automatically.

Tags Labels you can attach to a listing for filtering and searching. Tags display as pill-shaped badges (e.g., "Hardwood Floors," "Remodel"). Click the + Add button to apply a new tag. Click the × on any existing tag to remove it.

Top-Right Corner Icons

In the upper-right corner of the header card, you'll find:

  • Age indicator — Shows how many days old the listing is (e.g., "91 days old")
  • Lightning bolt icon — Quick action shortcut
  • Flag icon — Flag this listing for follow-up
  • Star icon — Mark this listing as a favorite

Bottom-Left Actions: Import Items & Archive Listing

[IMAGE: ezgifframe079.png — Import Items and Archive Listing links below the property details]

Import Items Allows you to pull in task templates mid-transaction. This is useful when you need to add a specific set of tasks or emails to a listing that's already in progress — for example, if a new phase begins and you want to apply a pre-built checklist without starting over.

To use Import Items:

  1. Click Import Items in the lower-left area of the header.
  2. A modal will open. Select the template you want to import from the dropdown.
  3. Choose which type of template items to import (e.g., tasks, emails).
  4. Click Import to apply the selected items to your listing.

💡 Tip: Import Items is designed for one-off additions mid-listing. If you want to apply a full template at the start of a new listing, do that during the listing creation step instead.

Archive Listing Moves the listing out of your active pipeline. Archived listings are not deleted — they can be retrieved if needed. Use this when a transaction has concluded or been put on hold.

⚠️ Note: Archiving a listing removes it from your main Listings view. Only archive listings you no longer need to actively manage.

Navigation Tabs

Directly below the header, a row of tabs gives you access to all sections of the listing detail:

  • Opportunity — Task checklists organized by transaction phase
  • Contacts — Clients, Collaborators, and Service Pros tied to this listing
  • Messages — Communication history
  • Events — Calendar events and critical dates
  • Documents — All uploaded files for this listing
  • Comments — Team updates and internal notes
  • Automations — Automation rules tied to this listing

Each tab is covered in its own help article.
