The Deals Dashboard

See a summary of every deal, sellers & buyers

The Deals Dashboard is your pipeline view. It provides a summary of every transaction, at a glance. This article explains how to read it and move around it.

The Header

The page header shows a count of the deals in your pipeline and the + New listing button. Below it, two sets of filters control what you see:

  • Sellers / Buyers: switches between your seller-side and buyer-side deals. ListedPro treats the two as distinct deal types, each with its own workflow, and they never appear in the same list.
  • Active / Archived: active deals are your working pipeline; archived deals are out of the way but not gone.
Reading a Deal Card

Each deal is a card carrying the transaction's vitals:

  • The property: photo and address.
  • The people: the deal's contacts, shown as named chips.
  • Tags: freeform labels you add with + Add tag (e.g., "Motivated").
  • Critical dates: the deal's tracked deadlines with their dates, right on the card ("No critical dates yet" with an Add date shortcut when none exist).
  • Status: a badge such as Pre-listing, Active listing, or Canceled.
  • Price and timing: the list price (or an Add list price shortcut), plus days on market or days in prep.
  • A mini progress tracker: a compact strip of the workflow's step icons showing how far the deal has advanced.

Tips
  • The header count covers your full pipeline. If a deal seems to be missing, check the other side of the Sellers/Buyers toggle, or the Archived filter.
  • The card's critical dates make the dashboard a morning triage view: scan for the nearest deadlines without opening a single deal.
