Property Phase: Adding and Auto-filling Data

The first step on a listing is Property Data (Property Phase): the property's facts and photos. ListedPro can pull much of this automatically from the property's Zillow listing, so your job becomes reviewing and correcting rather than typing everything from scratch.

Auto-fill from Zillow

1. Open the deal and select Property Data from the Deal Progress rail.
2. On the Collect tab's Fields panel, find Auto-fill from Zillow.
3. Paste the property's Zillow listing URL and click Fetch.
4. ListedPro pulls the listing's data into the step: property details land in the form, and listing photos land in the step's Photos panel.

Reviewing the data

Auto-filled values are a starting point, not a source of truth, because public listing data can be stale or wrong. Review the fields (address details, county, parcel ID, and the rest), correct anything inaccurate, fill in anything missing, and save your changes. Check the Photos panel and confirm the imported images actually represent the property.

If there's no Zillow listing

Off-market properties, new construction, and unusual addresses may have nothing to fetch. Enter the property facts manually in the same form. The rest of the workflow is identical.

Why this step matters

Property data entered here is used across the deal: the deal header displays the property, and merge variables in your emails can draw on deal data. A few careful minutes here saves corrections everywhere else.
