Step: Property Data
Property Data is the first step in the Property Phase of a ListedPro listing. It gives you an instant, structured snapshot of the home pulled automatically from Zillow's public website — no manual entry required. Use it to review key property details, verify owner information, and access lien and mortgage data before moving into pricing and marketing.
How Property Data Works
When you open a listing and navigate to the Property phase, Property Data is the first step displayed. ListedPro automatically populates this section using publicly available data from Zillow based on the property address. All fields are read-only.

At the top of the section, you'll find the home's core specs displayed as a headline — bedrooms, bathrooms, and total square footage (e.g., 4 Bedroom | 3 Bath | 2,136 Square Feet) — along with a photo gallery pulled from Zillow.

These two sections are locked by default and show an Unlock Details button each. Clicking unlock retrieves and displays any open lien information or mortgage data associated with the property.
⚠️ Important: Lien and mortgage data comes from third-party sources. Always verify this information with the title company before sharing it with a client or relying on it for decision-making.
Actions Available
In the top-right corner of the Property Data section, four buttons are available:
| Button | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Execute | Runs the Lisa AI workflow for this step |
| Manage | Opens step-level management settings |
| Messages | View or send messages related to this step |
| Automate | Configure automation rules for this step |
Tips & Notes
💡 Data Source: All information in Property Data is sourced from Zillow's public website. ListedPro does not allow manual edits to this section.
⚠️ Data Discrepancies: If the Zillow data doesn't match your MLS records (e.g., wrong square footage or year built), rely on MLS for accuracy. The homeowner can submit a correction directly to Zillow. Document any discrepancies in the listing's Comments section for your team's reference.
