Posting Team Updates with Comments
The Comments tab is a simple, shared bulletin board for your team. Use it to post quick updates about a listing — things like a status change, a note from a showing, or a heads-up for the rest of the team. Every comment is stamped with the poster's name and date so nothing gets lost.
Opening the Comments Tab
From any listing or buyer opportunity, click the Comments tab in the navigation row below the header.

Posting an Update
- Click inside the text box labeled "Type here..." in the "Post an update for your team" area.
- Type your update.
- Click the Post Update button to publish it.

Once posted, each comment displays:
- Author name — Who posted it
- Comment text
- Timestamp — "Last modified on [date and time]"
Editing or Deleting a Comment
Each comment has two action icons in the bottom-right corner:
- Pencil icon — Opens the comment for editing. Make your changes and save.
- Trash icon — Permanently deletes the comment.
💡 Tip: Only the person who posted a comment (or an account admin) can edit or delete it. If you don't see the edit/delete icons on a comment, it was posted by another team member.
⚠️ Note: Deleted comments cannot be recovered. Double-check before you delete.
