Managing your Payments and Billing

Overview

The Payments & Billing page is where you activate your ListedPro subscription and manage your plan. Until your account is activated, some features may be limited. Once active, you can view and manage your subscription details from this page.


How to Access Payments & Billing

  1. Go to Account Settings by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Payments & Billing.

Understanding Your Subscription Status

At the top of the page, you'll see your current subscription status. If it reads "Your subscription is Inactive," your account has not yet been activated and you'll need to subscribe to unlock full access.


Activating Your Account (Growth Plan)

If your subscription is inactive, you'll see the plan options and a prompt to upgrade.

  1. Review the Growth Plan details on the right side of the page:
    • 5 user seats (add your transaction coordinator or admin)
    • +5 listings each month
    • Add more seats or listings as your business grows
    • Cancel any time
  2. The Growth Plan is priced at $129/month.
  3. Click Upgrade Today to begin the activation process and enter your payment information.

💡 Tip: If you have questions about which plan is right for you, click the "We can help!" button at the bottom of the page to reach the ListedPro support team.


Managing an Active Subscription

Once your account is active, this page will display your current plan details, billing cycle, and options to modify or cancel your subscription. (This section will be updated with screenshots once an active subscription view is available.)
