Integrations and Connectivity

Connect with your Google Calendar, Gmail, and DotLoop. 

Overview

The Integrations page lets you connect ListedPro with the tools you already use — including Dotloop for document management, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Gmail for email. Connecting these tools helps keep your transactions and communications in sync.

How to Access Integrations

  1. Go to Account Settings by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Integrations.

Available Integrations

The Integrations page displays three integration cards side by side:

Dotloop

Dotloop is a digital document and e-signature platform widely used in real estate transactions.

  1. In the Dotloop card, enter your Dotloop Upload Email Address in the text field provided.
  2. Once entered, ListedPro will be able to send documents to your Dotloop account automatically.

💡 Note: Emails from ListedPro to Dotloop will be sent from no-reply@listedpro.ai. Make sure this address is not blocked by your email filters.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar allows ListedPro to add events — like critical dates and appointments — directly to your calendar.

  1. Click Connect Google Account in the Google Calendar card.
  2. You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in and authorization screen (OAuth). Sign in with the Google account you use for your calendar and grant the requested permissions.
  3. Once connected, your account name will appear in the card confirming the connection.

Gmail

Connecting Gmail keeps you linked to important email threads with your clients directly within ListedPro.

  1. Click Connect Google Account in the Gmail card.
  2. Follow the same Google OAuth process — sign in and grant permissions for Gmail access.
  3. Once connected, your Gmail account will be authorized for use within the platform.

💡 Tip: You can use the same Google account for both Google Calendar and Gmail, or connect different accounts for each — whatever matches your workflow.

⚠️ Note: Connecting Google Calendar and Gmail requires granting ListedPro access to your Google account via OAuth. ListedPro uses this access only to add events to your calendar and surface relevant email threads — it does not read or store your email content beyond what is needed for the integration.
