How to Update Your Profile
Your Profile page is where you manage your personal information in ListedPro.
Overview
Your Profile page is where you manage your personal information in ListedPro. Keeping this up to date matters because your profile details are used to automatically generate your email signature — so what you enter here shows up every time you send an email through the platform.
How to Access Your Profile
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of any page, or navigate to Account Settings from the main menu.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click Profile. This is the first item in the list and is selected by default when you open Account Settings.

Filling Out Your Profile Fields
Once on the Profile page, you'll see a form on the left and a profile photo section on the right.
- Fill in or update the following fields:
- First Name — Your first name as you'd like it to appear in emails and communications.
- Last Name — Your last name.
- Job Title — Your role (e.g., "REALTOR®," "Transaction Coordinator," "Broker").
- Phone — Your business phone number.
- Instagram — Your Instagram handle (optional).
- LinkedIn — Your LinkedIn profile URL (optional).
- Facebook — Your Facebook profile URL (optional).

💡 Tip: All of the social profile fields are optional, but filling them in enriches your email signature and helps clients connect with you across channels.
Uploading or Changing Your Profile Photo
- On the right side of the page, you'll see your current profile photo (or a placeholder if none has been set).
- Click Replace Profile Picture to upload a new photo from your device.
- If you want to remove your current photo entirely, click the Remove link in red below the photo.

⚠️ Note: There is no explicit "Save" button visible at this stage — confirm with the product team whether changes save automatically or require a save action, and update this step accordingly before publishing.
