Connecting Your Google Workspace to ListedPro
Sync your Gmail and Google calendar to maximize efficiency
ListedPro works with your Google account at two levels:
- Sign-In: An easy, safe way to sign into ListedPro, authenticated by Google. It simply confirms you are you.
- Workspace Connections: The ability to connect email, calendar, or other Google apps to ListedPro. This requires additional authorization from you.
The Connect page manages the Google Workspace accounts and services connected to ListedPro.
How Are Workspace Connections UsedWith your authorization, ListedPro can sync directly with your Google Workspace apps to keep deals up to date. Two services are currently available for connection:
- Gmail. Every message sent from ListedPro (automated or manual) will flow through your own Gmail address. That means your clients will get emails from you, not a 3rd-party messenger, and replies arrive in your regular inbox. This connection is required to send messages through ListedPro.
- Google Calendar. Your deals’ critical dates will sync with your Google Calendar, so major contract deadlines are visible as you plan your week. See Critical Dates.
ListedPro only requests the limited Google permissions it needs to provide the related services. So, for example, it doesn’t read your inbox.
Connecting Your Google Workspace- Open the Connect page.
- Click Connect Google Account. You'll be taken to Google's own consent screen, which lists exactly what's being authorized.
- Approve, and you'll return to ListedPro with the connection showing Connected. The page's Connected accounts card shows the status of each service (Gmail, Google Calendar).
Google connections can occasionally expire or be revoked (for example, after a Google-side security event or password change). The symptom is messages showing Failed in a deal's send history. The fix is to return to the Connect page and reconnect.
Privacy Notes- You can review or revoke ListedPro's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings (third-party access), independent of ListedPro.
- Revoking access stops deal messaging and calendar sync until you reconnect. Your ListedPro data itself will not be affected.
